Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Lead the architecture and technical decision-making process for complex projects, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with front-end libraries (React, Vue, or Angular) and state management.
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and database management systems (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
