Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end development and deployment of scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsive design, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Implement robust security measures and maintain code quality standards across the codebase.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
