Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and optimize database queries to ensure lightning-fast load times.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Angular, along with TypeScript.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
