Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reduce bugs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and Python.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
