Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies like React and Node.js.
- Lead the design and development of user-facing features, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Maintain and upgrade existing legacy systems to improve reliability, security, and speed.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
