Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient backend services and APIs.
- Develop intuitive and responsive front-end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to relocate to New York, NY, and support visa sponsorship requirements.
