Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt within the codebase.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
