Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
