Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, Product) to define feature requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- API Integration: Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend functionality.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
