Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput for millions of users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and reduce bugs.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards within the team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee production deployments to ensure zero downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a Full Stack role.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
