Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, while actively participating in code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and system stability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
