What You Will Do:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will bridge the gap between frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend architectures. You will mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive technical initiatives that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Architect RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and standards.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a 99.9% uptime SLA.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement security best practices to protect user data and system integrity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
