You will be responsible for leading architectural decisions and mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale web applications using modern frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for software architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define product requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue) and backend languages (Node.js/Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Must be willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
