Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead architecture discussions and implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
