Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end architectures using modern technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to software development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and debug software to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in backend technologies, preferably Node.js or Python.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
