Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define features and specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all major browsers and devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Debug complex issues and provide technical solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Clear communication skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
