Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end architecture using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions to drive innovation within the team.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability of our codebase.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end libraries (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with server-side technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
