Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead the technical design of new features and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring rigorous code reviews and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast load times.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on security and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
