Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end web solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and provide timely technical support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Expertise in React or Next.js for frontend development.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
