Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable front-end and back-end architectures for our core SaaS products.
- Code Leadership: Lead the full software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and deployment using Agile methodologies.
- Mentorship: Conduct technical code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and optimize database queries, API latency, and rendering performance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define feature requirements and user stories.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Deep experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
