Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Lead technical strategy, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices across the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
