The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of our core platform architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that drive user engagement and business growth. This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead technical architecture discussions and make strategic decisions regarding code quality and system performance.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them during the development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
