About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our flagship SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend specialists to deliver high-quality software that drives our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
