Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and technical architecture planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define feature requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
