Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features with precision.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the stack and implement optimizations to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and participate in architecture decisions.
- CI/CD: Maintain and improve our deployment pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
