Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust security protocols and performance monitoring
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent NexusTech at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and project ownership
