Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and system architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews and unit testing.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Participate in architectural discussions to drive technical decision-making and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end skills including Node.js, Express, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
