Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js) and Python.
- Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
