Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define project requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the stack.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to technical roadblocks.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design discussions to drive technical strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
