The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the development of our core platform features. You will bridge the gap between design and implementation, ensuring our products are not only robust but also user-centric. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that scales.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and high performance.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
