Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Lead the technical design and architecture for complex features and projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring the long-term stability of the codebase.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong experience with backend technologies, preferably Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
