The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional products that delight our clients.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and usability.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Optimize existing applications to improve speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern HTML5/CSS3.
- Proven experience with at least one major front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
