Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, React, and Python
- Lead technical design sessions for new fintech platform features
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product team to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in database optimization and API design
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and agile methodologies
