Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures using modern web technologies.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure lightning-fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
