Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver software features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
