Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- troubleshoot complex bugs and ensure system reliability across multiple environments.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the full stack ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
