Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Node.js, React, and AWS
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis) at scale
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Docker and Jenkins

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
