Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees
- Manage network security protocols and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migrations
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT support/network administration
- Active security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, etc.)
