Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and improve the overall user experience (UX).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster team growth and technical excellence.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
