Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable backend services using Python, Go, or Java.
- Architect microservices that can handle high-volume traffic and complex data processing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, technical debt reduction, and system optimization to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Cloud: Strong experience with AWS or GCP, specifically in managing containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) databases.
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
