Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best coding practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure robust error handling and logging.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
