Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Architect and optimize database schemas and API endpoints for maximum performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Drive technical decision-making and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
