Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews.
- Optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical growth and best practices.
- Implement robust security protocols and data protection measures.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
