Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, coupled with Node.js or Python.
- Architect efficient and secure database solutions, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UX/UI Designers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to deliver a world-class user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile planning, sprint execution, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, proposing innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end libraries (React, Redux) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
