Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards for the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
