Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, React, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Mentor 3+ junior developers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at local tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront)
- Proven track record of shipping production applications at scale
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex full-stack projects
