Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications for high-traffic environments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability using best coding practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
