Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Lead the architecture of technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user experiences.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Anchorage, Alaska.
