Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Lead technical discussions and stay current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
