Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features, ensuring code quality and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect code.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge base.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
